Wellworth Avenue
This one-story 1940s home in West Los Angeles had many problems typical of older homes – an outdated kitchen, small bedrooms, very little storage, and no connection to the outdoors. The renovation/addition addresses those issues with a design that continues the traditional style of the home. The existing laundry and kitchen were joined to create a spacious new kitchen designed for today's standards, and a private primary suite was added to the rear of the home. The rest of the existing home was renovated, including the addition of two bathrooms, a laundry room, an office, storage closets, and an enlarged family room.
