Callada Place
This 1960s tract house situated in the San Fernando Valley, had an outdated kitchen that did not suit the young clients. The remodeled kitchen’s sustainable mahogany cabinets, Caesarstone counters, and stainless-steel appliances create a warm, contemporary appearance. The layout, open to the adjacent family room, is close to family activities.
The project was published in Home magazine, and the clients returned a few years later requesting more architectural updates.
