After completing a successful kitchen renovation for the residence, the clients returned a few years later with a request to remodel and enlarge the rest of their home.  Because of the property’s significant changes in grade, the house steps up the site, creating three distinct levels. Indoor/outdoor living is encouraged through a variety of outdoor spaces, including an open courtyard on the middle terrace, and a new swimming pool on the upper terrace. The interior finishes use traditional Craftsman Style details and rich color hues in a modern way.
