This traditional Tudor-style Hancock Park residence had the problems of many older grand homes designed in the early part of the last century – exquisite public rooms but no informal family living spaces suited to today’s lifestyles.  Adding a family room and bath off the kitchen created a new informal gathering space typical in many homes today.
